Moscow. September 21. INTERFAX.RU – the Investigating authorities in Yekaterinburg opened a criminal case against a young man who was bitten by a COP before a hockey match, the press service of SU TFR in the Sverdlovsk region on Wednesday.
The case was initiated under part 1 of article 318 of the criminal code (violence against a representative of authorities).
As reported,the incident occurred before the championship match of the Continental hockey League (KHL) between the local “Motorist” and St. Petersburg SKA. The enraged fan who caught the referee of the Russian football officiating Department from St. Petersburg, at the entrance to the sports complex one of the fans began to behave inappropriately, and staff together with the police forwarded it for analysis to the premises. When making an administrative material for disorderly conduct the young man was furious because of the fact that he was not allowed to watch hockey, and attacked the employee of UMVD of Russia around the city of Yekaterinburg, biting his leg.
Currently installs all the circumstances of the incident, question witnesses, appointed a forensic examination to identify the severity of harm inflicted on a police officer.
Since the crime is not serious, concerning the suspect the measure of restraint in the form of subscriptions on parole and good behavior.
The match was held yesterday and ended with a victory “Motorist” with the score 3:2.
